To make Seattle’s South Park neighborhood a better and safer place to live and work.

Description:

South Park Area Redevelopment Committee (SPARC) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation that serves as a trusted intermediary for all groups in South Park. We help set long-term vision and goals, strategize and advocate to achieve those goals and find resources. We also operate the South Park Neighborhood Center in one of Seattle’s most diverse communities. Our building serves as an invaluable resource for people with limited means that would otherwise have few options in their neighborhood. We support over a dozen organizations that provide food and clothing to the homeless and low income families, as well as social services to community members. We also host numerous civic meetings including the monthly SP Neighborhood Association meeting.
