Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is a health care agency dedicated to providing quality services with compassion to patients and their families during the end of life’s journey.

Whom We Serve

Hospice is not a place, but a philosophy of care. We care for people who are terminally ill by providing comfort and relieving pain. We serve patients at private homes, board and care, assisted living, and nursing homes. As a hospice, we

• address physical, emotional, social, and spiritual pain and discomfort of the patient;
• provide bereavement support to the family before and after the patient's death;
• incorporate a team approach; and
• affirm the dignity and quality of life for all.
