The Legal Services Program (LSP) provides a broad range of professional immigration legal services to low-income residents of the ten southern counties of New Mexico, spanning the U.S.-Mexico border from Arizona to Texas. Our services focus on direct representation of clients in various practice areas, including:

Citizenship
Family-based immigration (Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Hardship Waivers, Removal of Conditions)
Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Self-Petitions / U Visas / T Visas for survivors of abuse, trafficking, and other crimes
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) for undocumented children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected (including Family Court representation on Kinship Guardianship proceedings and Immigration Court representation if needed)
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
