Apex Community Health Center is a nonprofit community clinic dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities in Los Angeles. Since our founding, we’ve focused on removing barriers to care by offering culturally sensitive services in multiple languages, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and community outreach.

Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Spanish-speaking volunteer to support our outreach efforts. This role involves contacting assigned patients by phone to help them establish care, start recommended preventive screenings, and get general care. You’ll play a key role in improving continuity of care and strengthening the patient-provider relationship, especially for Spanish-speaking individuals who may face language or access barriers.
