Trap Falls Kennel Club

Trap Falls Kennel Club is non-profit member club of the American Kennel Club (AKC).

Trap Falls Kennel Club (TFKC) provides the general public with informative programs about training, care and nutrition for the family dog; and how to be a responsible dog owner. The Club offers educational programs to help breeders and pet owners alike in dog related subjects of interest to everyone.

Members of TFKC participate in public events, schools, libraries, nursing homes wth their Therapy Dogs, and the club as a whole provides training classes and education, so as to further the advancement of all breeds of dogs.

TFKC hosts and seeks to advance interest in all-breed conformation Dog Shows and Obedience and Rally Matches.

Trap Falls Kennel Club

• conducts other events for which the club is eligible under the Rules and Regulations of the AKC
• promotes the training of all dogs
• donates money to local animal shelters; donates money and offers help and relief to disaster victims (Hurricane Sandy and the Sandy Hook tragedy)

• seeks to educate the owners of all dogs to become responsible owners, and furthers this philosophy by hosting a yearly Responsible Dog Ownership Day
• supports legislation that will protect all dogs
