Partnership to End Workplace Racism works to create a world of equal opportunity in the workplace, where allies are actively anti-racist and are more than equal partners in creating change.

We provide anti-racist education for allies and coaching and growth opportunities for rising Black and POC leaders to eliminate workplace racism and diversify executive teams and boards.
