Get Lit’s mission is to increase teen literacy across Southern California by engaging at-risk teens in classic & spoken word poetry. Our goal as a board is to grow funding, awareness, and programming for Get Lit. The Get Lit Executive Board is comprised of ten members, each of us committed, active, and giving, diverse in background yet unified in our mission to change the landscape of arts education in our city.
