The National Shattering Silence Coalition (NSSC) was born from the urgent need to dismantle the systemic neglect and discrimination that impede medical accountability for those with severe mental illness. We are not a passive observer of the crisis; we are a community of action—caregivers, survivors, advocates, and clinical professionals united to turn shared family experience into a National Standard of Care.
