Outdoor Outreach is a nonprofit that empowers at-risk and underprivileged youth to make positive, lasting changes in their lives through comprehensive outdoor programming. Through partnerships with community based organizations and schools, Outdoor Outreach provides youth with opportunities to surf, snowboard, mountain bike, rock climb, hike, backpack and snorkel. We are located in San Diego, CA.
