Families in Recovery, Inc.

Families in Recovery is a new nonprofit organization in New York State. The mission is simple: Families in Recovery creates opportunities for healing for all family members affected by alcoholism and drug addiction. Quite simply, with the many services available for alcoholics and drug addicts, there are very few programs or services available for the families. The need is apparent. Alcoholism/Addiction causes turmoil and strife in a family that can be painful in the short-term and destructive in the long-term.
