CREES designs, develops and implements education and research programmes that promote improved sustainable natural resource management practices and co-operative conservation strategies in tropical environments, with an emphasis on the Manu Biosphere Reserve in south-eastern Peru, South America.
Our Mission is; "To develop educational resources and access to knowledge, thus empowering rainforest inhabitants and visitors thus improving their decision-making processes, ensuring a more stable socio-economic future for the rainforest and its people based on smart natural resource utilization."
