The George Gund Foundation

The George Gund Foundation was established in 1952 as a private, nonprofit institution with the sole purpose of contributing to human well-being and the progress of society.

The Foundation is the largest private foundation in Ohio, with assets in excess of $540 million and annual grants totaling approximately $25 million in the areas of arts, economic development and community revitalization, education, environment, and human services.
