Drive Electric Orlando

Drive Electric Orlando is a first-of-its kind partnership between Orlando's leading rental car agencies, top hotels and world-renowned theme parks that offers visitors and business travelers the opportunity to rent electric cars.

By offering electric cars as rental cars in America's top vacation destination (and the number one rental car market in the world) -- the aim is to make people more familiar with electric vehicle technology and help advance the adoption of electric cars nationwide. Further, by demonstrating the viability of EVs, the ultimate goal of the project is to help reduce the use of oil by Americans, increase our national security and protect the environment. Drive Electric Orlando launched in the fall of 2013.

Drive Electric Orlando is led by The Electrification Coalition, a nonpartisan, not-for-profit group of business leaders committed to promoting policies and actions that facilitate the deployment of electric vehicles on a mass scale.
