ROCKBRIDGE AREA HOSPICE INC
Missão
Our founders - Marion Brown, Charlotte Gunn, Helen Hodges and Barbara Tucker.
It started at a kitchen table in 1983. Four women began what is now the Rockbridge Area Hospice. From one patient, and income from bake sales, their effort has grown to support all of Rockbridge County.
Our mission is that Rockbridge Area Hospice will treat, comfort, and provide supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families to enable them to live life fully.
Our core values are six simple statements:
1) Patient and Family center care
2) Ethical Behaviors
3) Service Excellence
4) Holistic relief of suffering
5) Interdisciplinary Process
6) Continuous Learning
