Foundation Academies is based in Trenton, NJ and committed to serving the children, families, and community of New Jersey’s great capital. We opened in August 2007 as a middle school and have steadily grown to educate more than 1,000 students from Kindergarten through 12th grade across two main campuses. Not only have we witnessed a 100% acceptance rate of our graduates into 4-year colleges and universities, but our students continually out-perform their district and state peers academically.
We believe a high-quality education is a fundamental right for all children. We are a team of experienced and mission-driven urban educators. We value the growth mindset, lifelong learning, and are always seeking out ways to improve ourselves and our community.
We believe that by holding our students, ourselves, and our community to high-expectations and high standards, we will be the foundation for sustainable revitalization within Trenton. We practice what we preach and are actualizing our mission: if we do not live it – we do not teach it.
