Missão
North Carolina Destination Imagination(NCDI) is a part of The Destination Imagination(DI) global community is united by a core belief that when students have the freedom to grow and collaborate without boundaries, their confidence explodes and the world opens up to them in new ways. We enable this transformation by providing challenges rooted in STEAM subjects and STEAM competitions that inspire unique solutions through the use of the creative process.
Sobre Nós
North Carolina Destination Imagination has been in existence since 1999, when the parent program (DI) split from Odyssey of the Mind(OM). NCDI's goals are to grow the program by expanding into more school districts and homeschools across the state. This will provide more opportunities for students to participate in their STEAM challenges and competitions, thereby fostering innovation and creativity in the students of today. Many of the NCDI teams that compete at the Global level have finished as some of the best teams in the world.
