COLDSTREAM-HOMESTEAD-MONTEBELLO COMMUNITY CORPORATION

Founded in 1976 the mission of the Coldstream Homestead Montebello Community Corporation is to promote the general wellbeing and improve the overall health and quality of life within the Coldstream-Homestead-Montebello community, through direct involvement, community organizing, planning and delivery of competent services. At Present We continue to strengthen our most valuable assets through the Transforming Environments and Minds (T.E.A.M.) initiative. Launched in 2003, the T.E.A.M. initiative promotes an atmosphere of cooperation, education and volunteerism. Armies of residents continue to work together to improve the community house-by-house and block-by-block. Committed community partners complement our efforts to make life better for those who live, work and play in the CHM community.
