Mental Health and Recovery Counseling Education and Training is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed to address the growing need and importance of individual and family mental health treatment.

The mission of MHRCET is to work collaboratively with our partners to develop and implement a comprehensive unified system to enhance mental health awareness, promote individual empowerment, and increase access to treatment and services for persons living with mental illness.
