In Reach's 25-year journey has been rooted in direct service work, focusing on K-12 education and supporting children, youth, and families. In 2024, we nurtured a new vision, mission, and guiding principles and shifted our focus to empowering individuals to be effective advocates for themselves and their communities through civic engagement and participation.

Our focus on civic engagement and participation is supported by goals in literacy, youth engagement, and health. Supporting literacy provides the foundational skills necessary for informed civic involvement. Through youth engagement, we nurture the next generation of leaders and activists who will drive positive change in their communities. By supporting health, we ensure that individuals can participate fully and effectively in civic activities.
