Sidreh is a Nonprofit Organization established in 1998. Our mission is to empower, represent and improve the socio-economic situation of Bedouin Women in Israel's Negev Desert. Sidreh focuses its work on 4 main strategic objectives: • Promote Economic Development strategies and employment opportunities for women • Reduce illiteracy rates, and ensure access to continuing education for adult women • Increase woman's visibility, equality and participation in all aspects of community life, while improving their self confidence and leadership skills • Represent Bedouin women in different national and international scenarios (such as forums and conferences)., while enhancing women's capacity to advocate for their Rights.
