Dress For Success

We help low-income women enter or re-enter the work force. Clients are referred to us from social service agencies, welfare to work organizations, domestic violence shelters, GED programs, literacy programs or any other source whose mission is to encourage and train women to regain control of their lives. Clients come to Dress for Success with a scheduled job interview and are assisted by a volunteer personal shopper, who helps each individual select appropriate clothing for her up-coming interview. Upon obtaining the job, the client can return for additional clothing to help her transition into the office. We also plan to run monthly seminars- the Profesional Women's Group- for clients.
