The mission of the North Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center is to present the best in the performing arts and in partnership with others, share and employ the arts as a major catalyst to strengthen education, build community cohesiveness and advance economic growth. We seek to educate young people in and through the arts; present programs and develop long-term community partnerships; promote, and co-promote programs and events that serve diverse constituencies in the region; service, subsidize, and support resident companies and their activities; integrate diverse events and audiences through programming.
