The Georgia Association for Volunteer Administration, Inc. (GAVA) is a non-profit that was formed in 1986 with the mission to promote, develop and strengthen professionalism in volunteer leadership across the state.

Over the years, GAVA has worked to keep our membership informed of development and growth in the field of volunteer engagement including best practices, ethics, challenges, and opportunities. Led by our members, GAVA strives to encourage high quality leadership in support of volunteers and their motivations. We are an all-volunteer organization.
