Our Mission: Reach out, engage, empower, transform. The Core Purpose of the Mobile Outreach Program is to:
1. Improve health conditions for people living on the streets, particularly those who are not engaged with other service providers.
2. Provide information and connections to other service providers to increase use of available services particularly addiction recovery and mental health.

C.A.Ts operates an Outreach and Shower Bus, providing much needed hygiene, friendship and assistance to our unsheltered relatives living on the streets of Flagstaff. Our current schedule of parking locations, where free showers, snacks, clothing, hygiene items and referrals to local agencies can be obtained, is available on our website: https://cats-of-flagstaff.org/
