Meals on Wheels by ACC is the leading provider of prepared home delivered meals to housebound frail and isolated seniors in the Sacramento area.l Our program is unique because it combines nutritious meals with friendly, face-to-face personal visits, wellness checks and links to vital community resources. Senior meal lunch sites are also open for mobile older adults who are looking for connections and friendship in order to remain active and to fight isolation and depression. 

No senior deserves to be hungry or alone. Our trained staff and volunteers become their caring "eyes and ears" to help the seniors stay home and live healthier, safer, happier lives and out of costly care facilities.
