The Cesar E. Chavez Afterschool Service Clubs are a state-funded initiative managed by Youth Service California. The Cesar Chavez Service Clubs give middle-school students the opportunity to learn about the life and values of Cesar E. Chavez, to address needs in their local community and to plan and implement service-learning projects that address those needs.
