Natural High

Natural High, a San Diego-based, national nonprofit organization. Our mission is to inspire and empower youth to find their Natural High and develop skills and courage to live life well. First and foremost, we inspire youth to discover their Natural High! We know if youth love life and live their Natural High they can say YES TO LIFE and no to an artificial high. Natural High arms Youth with Crucial Life Skills to help them thrive. Natural High provides teachers, mentors and parents celebrity and peer videos along with worksheets, discussion guides and “Dig Deeper” exercises to drill the message home

Natural High’s Curriculum helps Youth learn:
