The Northwest Art Center enhances lives by teaching the value of art, ideas, expression and creativity through quality visual art education.
We offer art education and instruction classes for children, youth, and adults in the Snoqualmie Valley region and beyond. We offer one-on-one mentoring programs for teens considering a career in the field of art. Each year, we provide art programs to over 1,000 individuals through our community art projects.
Volunteers are a key component of our organization's success and assist us in a variety of ways including: --serving on the Board --staffing community art events --assisting with administrative tasks --assisting in the classroom --providing support for fundraising events --helping with community outreach.
