Welcome to First To Serve Outreach Ministries Inc. Online. First To Serve Outreach Ministries is a Los Angeles Based Non– Profit (501( c) 3) Organization serving men women and families affected by and struggling with Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence and Homelessness. For the past 10 years we have used our programs, services and resources to improve the lives of families and individuals throughout South Los Angeles and Los Angeles County.
Our mission is to strengthen and support undeserved individuals, their families and the community by providing housing, medical, mental health, support services, and skills building through education, counseling and support.
