TriCounty Community Network

TriCounty Community Network (TCN) is a collaborative of organizations, agencies and businesses working together to solve community issues that cannot be solved by one group alone. TCN provides an operational infrastructure for effective collaboration with tools and support for community members to create local initiatives that build capacity and leadership.We envision TCN as THE resource for developing and empowering partnerships to effect positive change in the region by engaging community stakeholders through service integration, advocacy, training, and support.

1. Service Integration: Improve and foster communication, coordination and collaboration of local service providers.
2. Advocacy: Build awareness and enhance visibility around emerging community issues.
3. Training: Build partners’ skills and abilities to sustain and improve their efforts in serving the community.
4. Support: Develop systems that support local nonprofits and volunteers.
