OUR VISION IS TO TRANSFORM LIVES COMMUNITIES & FUTURES WITH HOLISTIC RESOURCE NAVIGATION

We believe in a housing first model, but not housing only. We provide safe, low-barrier shelter, and comprehensive wrap-around services and support for each participant as they navigate the challenges of accessing and retaining housing.

OUR IMPACT

• 7 diverse shelter programs in the Portland, OR metro area
• More than 380 shelter beds per night
• Over 560 participants transitioned into housing with many more making progress towards permanent housing
• 93% of retention participants STILL in their housing

Sunstone Way will expand into Clackamas County in June 2025.
