The Carroll County Community Mediation Center (CCCMC) provides a continuum of conflict management services including public education, conflict management training and workshops, conflict coaching, mediation, and large group facilitation services. The CCCMC provides most services, such as coaching, mediation, and large group facilitation at no cost to the community at times and locations convenient to the participants involved. The Center is a volunteer based organization. Our volunteers complete extensive training in mediation and coaching skills, an apprenticeship, and participate in on-going continuing education and evaluation. They come from a variety of backgrounds and represent the racial, economic, age, and educational diversity of Carroll County. The CCCMC is committed to taking away barriers and increasing access to non-violent conflict resolution services. We rely on volunteers, grants, partnerships, private donations, and grants to support our ability to provide these conflict management services at no cost to anyone in Carroll County.
