Trinity Center addresses the basic needs of unhoused and low-income individuals, providing support and helping resolve homelessness.
Trinity Center is a low-barrier day center in downtown Austin serving individuals experiencing homelessness and extreme poverty. For over 25 years, we have provided a consistent, welcoming space where our neighbors can meet basic needs—such as food, clothing, showers, hygiene, and access to communication—while also connecting to critical resources like identification assistance, transportation, and partner-led services.
Our work is grounded in radical hospitality and the belief that every person deserves dignity, respect, and a place to belong. With a small but dedicated staff and a large network of volunteers and community partners, we serve as a trusted entry point into the broader system of care.
At Trinity Center, we focus on three core areas: stabilization, access, and connection. Whether someone is coming in for a meal or taking steps toward housing and stability, we aim to meet people where they are and walk alongside them at their own pace.
We are a collaborative, mission-driven team that values compassion, adaptability, and a deep commitment to serving our community.
