HERE AND NOW MOTHERHOOD

We provide matrescence support through our mom-centered yoga program. Often, us moms are lonely, overwhelmed, or in physical discomfort after having a baby. Our yoga with free childcare is designed to resolve these issues. Yoga classes provided by Here and Now Motherhood (Mom-Centered Yoga) are designed to support moms as they work through trauma, help them work through physical pain after birth including birth injuries, calm the postpartum mind, and connect mothers. We are not a mental health organization, and we encourage mothers to add yoga to their already existing mental health treatment plan including support from therapists, psychiatrists, group therapy, and medication.
