Senegal Community Health Partnership

The Community Health Partnership is a newly formed non-profit organization based in Southeastern Senegal and New York whose mission is to improve primary health care services in underserved communities. Through grass roots work at the local level, we build the capacity of local communities and government health personnel to improve their own health and health services and partner with the Ministry of Health and international aid organizations to increase the effectiveness of their activities and initiatives. We do so through service, training, research and advocacy in Senegal and New York. We also run a student practicum program for medical students.
