Rally Point Arizona, an initiative of La Frontera Arizona / EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center, assists Military Veterans and their families identify and access needed services and benefits. The Rally Point program’s goal is to promote self-sufficiency, resiliency, and reduce the probability of future individual/family crises. Rally Point Arizona Navigators are specially trained Veterans and family members who understand the challenges that transition to civilian life poses, and are experts in helping to access healthcare, housing, employment, and education services and resources.
