Making Opportunity Count

Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is one of region's most recognized human service agencies dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of low-income people in North Central Massachusetts. Our mission is to empower families to achieve economic security by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities. We provide an array of programs that serve individuals across the lifespan: Head Start, childcare & after school care; WIC; Family Resource Center; fuel assistance, weatherization & home repair; financial literacy & workforce development; homelessness prevention & housing services; health education & AIDS services; elder nutrition; behavioral health; and case management.
