The Massachusetts Workforce Association (MWA) is creating a unified identity and voice for the Commonwealth’s workforce development system, encompassing a comprehensive array of partners and stakeholders. The MWA will advocate with its membership to increase the system’s resources, provide professional development opportunities, influence public policy and create efficiencies necessary to achieve their goals.
