Missão
Our mission is to eliminate health and education disparities (inequities) in local communities in the United States and around the world by implementing programs that address the social determinants of health (SDOH) and human development. Social determinants are the underlying, root-causes of health and education disparities and poverty in our society.
Sobre Nós
GHEP addresses all aspects of health and educational disparities affecting the most vulnerable individuals and populations in our communities, especially those that are historically known to experience disparities in health and education outcomes, namely the poor, underserved, women, children, minorities, and new residents.
