Goodwill Industries of Kentucky helps Kentuckians find pathways out of poverty. We equip our most vulnerable citizens with the resources needed to overcome barriers and secure employment through programs and services that take a holistic approach to self-sufficiency. We are committed to our mission of helping people achieve their full potential through the power of work and a second chance.

Goodwill Kentucky focuses on individuals facing significant challenges, including:

• People with disabilities
• Individuals in addiction recovery
• Those reentering society after incarceration
• People experiencing homelessness or chronic poverty
• Youth and young adults (ages 16–24)
• Individuals with limited education or employment history

The organization operates 67 stores in 45 communities, serves 103 of Kentucky’s 120 counties, and supports 20,000+ Kentuckians annually, helping them secure over 4,000 jobs each year.
