Dreamweavers

Dreamweavers, Inc., founded in 1993, is a small non-profit that helps adults with developmental disabilities live in their own homes and access community opportunities. We are a progressive organization that prioritizes teaching and learning with our consumers, as we work in tandem towards goals of self-reliance for each individual. Our agency strives to provide the support necessary for persons with disabilities to experience safe and happy lives, which contribute to strengthening our entire community.
