Founded in 1979,as primarily a spay neuter group, PAWS has expanded its services to include foster and adoption which supports its efforts in humane management of the outdoor cat population. PAWS supports Trap-Neuter-Return and offers spay neuter clinics for outdoor cats and support for caretakers.
