    JustUsATL provides a youth-run affirming, liberating, & safe space for Atlanta's LGBTQQA youth.

    Mission

    Our mission is to provide a community center for LGBTQQA youth where individuality is valued and encouraged, social and personal development is fostered, community is promoted, and youth empowerment is seen as a step toward social change.

      Programs and Services

      JustUsATL offers discussion groups, mental health services, educational workshops, leadership training, story shares, outreach, social events, STI education and referrals, community collaborations and more!

      All of our programs are drop-in! If you are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, asexual, or questioning, and between the ages of 13 and 28, come by any time!

      After your first meeting you become a voting member with equal say in the organization to all other members!

      Join us at The MISTER Center at 60 Eleventh ST, ATL, GA for our Weekly Discussion Groups:

      Tuesdays: TransIt! 7-9pm Affirming & supportive discussion group for trans, gender non-conforming, and gender questioning young people ages 13-28. Wednesdays:JustTeens 7-9pmAffirming & supportive discussion group for LGBTQQA young people ages 13-17.JustYouth 7-9pmAffirming & supportive discussion group for LGBTQQA young people ages 18-28.Join us at The Rush Center at 1530 DeKalb Ave, ATL, GA for our weekly organizing meeting.Sundays:Organizing Meeting 3-5:30 pmJustUsATL organizers gather weekly to coordinate and plan our programs, events, fundraising, media, and more! Join the organizing team, or just sit in for a meeting as a collaborator! We need your help!Non-Weekly Groups:Please join us for these meetings, which will always be announced in advance.Positive SpaceAffirming & supportive group for LGBTQQA young people who are living with or affected by HIV and AIDS.Teen MeetingsLGBTQQA teens ages 13-19 from across the metro Atlanta area get together for social and educational events, and planning meetings.TransIt! ExcursionsTrans, gender non-conforming, and gender questioning young people ages 13-28 get together for outings, and may bring a non-trans/cisgender friend.Committee MeetingsJustUsATL has five permanent committees, in addition to ad hoc committees which get together for more in-depth planning and organizing. These are Public Relations and Social Media, Fundraising and Development, Programming, Community Relations, and Internal Organizing. Please come to an Organizing Meeting in order to get involved in committees, or contact us!
