Esperanza Center is a program of Catholic Charities of Baltimore that offers health, legal, educational, and referral services to immigrants. Our mission is to welcome immigrants by offering hope, compassionate services, and the power to improve their lives. Our Educational Services program is located at 3700 Eastern Ave in Highlandtown, Baltimore.
