We are a volunteer, non-profit organization that provides 911 emergency care to the sick and injured. Our primary response area encompasses approximately 70 square miles - including the communities of Smithsburg, Leitersburg, Cascade, Pen Mar, Ringgold, Cavetown, Wolfsville, and Mt. Aetna. We also provide mutual aid to other areas of Washington County and Frederick County, Maryland, as well as Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
