Prevention Point Pittsburgh (PPP) is a community public health non-profit organization with the mission to prevent the transmission of HIV, Hepatitis, and overdose fatalities among active drug users. By both practicing and advocating for harm reduction, PPP seeks to reduce the negative public health effects of drug use to both the user and the wider community. Our services are authorized by The Allegheny County Board of Health and Allegheny County Council and we serve as the sole provider of syringe exchange services for Southwestern Pennsylvania.
