Healthy Community is a premier, health care delivery approach that focuses on the whole person with an intellectual or developmental disability and provides integrated health care coordination that includes primary health care.We offer free health screenings in 6 disciplines: Special Smiles (dentistry), Healthy Hearing (audiology), Fit Feet (podiatry), Health Promotion (nutrition and wellness), FunFitness (physical therapy), and Medfest (free sports physcial). In addition, we offer ongoing nutrition and wellness classes and exercise classes.
