Missão
The mission statement of the YMCA is to put Christian principles into practices through programs that build a healthy spirit mind and body for all. We do this through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Reach & Rise Youth Mentoring program strives to REACH more youth so they can RISE to a better future.
Sobre Nós
Reach & Rise (r) is an evidence based, national, therapeutic mentoring program provided at no charge to youth and recognized by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Program (OJJDP). This mentoring program helps children to build a better future with the help of caring and supportive adults. Reach & Rise(r) youth mentoring program supports school-age youth ages 6-17 facing obstacles and challenges each day. Together,
they work to improve social skills, understanding and managing emotions, building healthy relationships, improving self-esteem and confidence,
and bullying prevention.
