The Jewish Renaissance Medical Center is a faith-based, community Health Center established to provide comprehensive, accessible, affordable, high quality, community-based, primary care services in a culturally sensitive manner with respect and dignity to the residents of Middlesex County; ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through the delivery of direct patient care, advocacy, prevention, education and improve the health, well-being and overall quality of life of patients and families served.

The Jewish Renaissance Medical Center is proud to have been selected as the first Federally-Qualified Health Care Center under President George Bush’s Faith-based Initiative. We pledge to become the pivotal source of primary care, providing consistent, high quality services to the medically needy and indigent populations in Perth Amboy and its neighboring communities.
