Rogpa Charitable Trust is a registered Dharamsala based nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Tibetan culture and empowering low-income Tibetan refugees to become self-sufficient. At the heart of Rogpa is the Baby Care Center which provides free daycare for working parents. Other Rogpa initatives include Raise Tibetan Flags Campaign (RTFC) and the Vocational Training Center.
